Chiropractic Care for Veterans
You Served. Now Let Us Help Take Care of You.
Your body has been through a lot. You shouldn’t have to simply accept pain, stiffness, or limited mobility as the price of getting older … or the price of your service.
Years of physical demands, training, repetitive movement, injuries, and everyday wear and tear, can take a toll.
- Maybe it’s your back.
- Your neck.
- Your knees.
- Your shoulders.
Or maybe you simply don’t move the way you used to.
At Vardy HPC, we provide individualized care designed to help veterans improve movement, function, and quality of life.
You’ve spent years taking care of others. It’s time to take care of yourself.

Your Service May Be Over. Your Body Remembers.
Military service can place extraordinary physical demands on the body.
- Long marches.
- Heavy equipment.
- Repetitive movements.
- Physical training.
- Long periods of standing or sitting.
- Falls, accidents, and injuries.
And sometimes the effects don’t fully show up until years later.
You may now find yourself dealing with:
- Persistent back or neck discomfort
- Stiff or painful joints
- Reduced mobility
- Muscle tightness
- Shoulder or hip discomfort
- Recurring aches and pains
- Difficulty with certain movements
- Reduced flexibility
- Problems staying active
- Pain that interferes with everyday activities
You may have learned to push through discomfort during your service. You don’t necessarily have to keep doing that now.
You Don't Have to "Just Live With It."
Getting Older Doesn't Mean You Have to Stop Moving.
It’s easy to chalk up aches and stiffness to age.
You might tell yourself:
- “That’s just what happens as you get older.”
- “I’ve had this problem for years.”
- “I’ve dealt with worse.”
- “It isn’t bad enough to do anything about.”
But if pain or limited mobility is affecting the way you live, work, exercise, sleep, or spend time with your family, it’s worth having evaluated.
At Vardy HPC, we don’t expect every veteran to have the same needs.
- Your history matters.
- Your current condition matters.
- Your goals matter.
Care Built Around the Veteran - Not Just the Symptom.
Your Body Has a History. We Want to Understand It.
Your military service may be an important part of your physical history, but it’s only one piece of the picture.
During your evaluation, we’ll consider factors such as:
- Your current symptoms
- Previous injuries
- Physical activity
- Work demands
- Exercise habits
- Mobility
- Strength
- Movement patterns
- Your individual goals
From there, we can develop a personalized approach based on your needs.
No cookie-cutter treatment. No assuming everyone needs the same thing.

What Does "Moving Better" Mean to You?
For one veteran, it might mean getting back to the golf course.
For another, it might mean taking a walk without constantly thinking about their back.
- Maybe it’s lifting weights again.
- Playing with the grandchildren.
- Working in the yard.
- Traveling.
- Hiking.
- Fishing.
- Hunting.
- Or simply getting out of a chair without that familiar stiffness.

You Spent Years Staying Mission-Ready.
Now It's Time to Stay Life-Ready.
Military service often teaches people to push through discomfort.
But there's a difference between being tough and ignoring a problem.
You don't have to prove anything by living with pain.
You don't have to accept limited mobility.
And you don't have to wait until a small problem becomes a major obstacle.
You don't have to accept pain as a permanent part of your story.
You don’t have to stop doing the things you enjoy.
And you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
But it doesn't have to determine how you move through the rest of it.
Whether you’re dealing with an old injury, everyday stiffness, or a new problem that’s keeping you from doing what you enjoy, Vardy HPC is here to help you understand what’s happening and find a path forward.
Your Next Chapter Starts With Moving Forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide chiropractic care specifically for veterans?
Vardy HPC provides individualized chiropractic and wellness care for veterans as well as other patients. Your military history, previous injuries, current activity level, and goals can all be discussed as part of your evaluation.
Do I have to be currently serving to see you?
No. Veterans of all ages and stages of life may seek care for musculoskeletal concerns and mobility issues.
Can chiropractic care help with back and neck pain?
Chiropractic care may be appropriate for certain musculoskeletal conditions involving the back, neck, and other areas of the body. Your provider will evaluate your condition and determine what approach is appropriate for you.
What if I've had an injury for many years?
A long-standing problem is still worth discussing. Your provider can evaluate your current condition and help determine what options may be appropriate based on your individual circumstances.
Do I need to be in pain to come in?
Not necessarily. If you’re experiencing stiffness, reduced mobility, difficulty moving, or other physical limitations, an evaluation may help identify areas that could benefit from attention.
Can you help me stay active as I get older?
Your care plan can incorporate your individual activity level and goals. Movement-focused strategies may be used to help you work toward maintaining mobility, strength, and function.
What happens during my first appointment?
Your first appointment typically begins with a discussion of your concerns and history, followed by an evaluation of your movement and physical function. Additional assessments may be recommended when appropriate.
What if my pain is severe?
Severe, rapidly worsening, or unexplained symptoms may require medical evaluation. Seek immediate medical attention for serious symptoms such as significant weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe trauma, or other emergency symptoms.
